Andrew Kitley

Andrew is a dynamic leader in the construction industry with over two decades of experience. Starting as a site operative, he quickly specialised in temporary works and by 26, founded a leading consultancy in London and Dubai.

In 2018, he launched Kitall to address challenges in the UK construction sector. A successful entrepreneur, Andrew has built and sold several businesses, with a focus on reducing friction between disciplines and promoting integrated, efficient project management.

Kristina Coxall

Kristina is a strategic leader in global branding and communications, known for her expertise in mergers and acquisitions and her ability to rescue high-stakes campaigns. Starting in above-the-line advertising for multinational brands, she transitioned to freelancing, where she revived multimillion-pound projects across industries like banking, technology, and automotive.

With experience at top agencies like Razorfish, BBH, and Engine Group, Kristina has worked with major clients like BT, HSBC, O2, and Audi. Renowned for her sharp insight and practical wisdom, she is a game-changer, helping businesses overcome complex challenges and achieve success.

Kalliopi Florides

Kalli brings over a decade of experience in engineering to Kitall, with a track record of delivering large-scale projects valued between £120M and £1B across the globe. Her expertise spans diverse construction types, including steel composite retail malls, reinforced concrete residential towers, and timber office buildings. Kalli has played a key role in notable projects such as Google’s and Walmart’s Headquarters.

At Kitall, Kalli leverages her technical skills to drive business development and foster new opportunities. She collaborates closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project execution

Director

Duncan Leather

Duncan, a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer, graduated from Bath University, where he was mentored by Professor Ted Happold of Buro Happold Engineers. His degree emphasised interdisciplinary collaboration among architects and engineers, shaping his holistic approach to projects.

With over 35 years of experience, Duncan has worked on notable projects like the Japanese Telescope in Hawaii and Stratford Market Depot for London Underground. He specialises in concrete, steel, timber design, and earthquake analysis. Duncan founded JDL Consultants 24 years ago and also serves as an Expert Witness, applying his deep technical and contractual knowledge.

Radosław Kamiński

Radosław is a seasoned Structural Engineer with nearly 20 years of UK experience, known for his passion and dedication to every project. His diverse portfolio spans residential alterations to large data centers, with expertise in traditional materials and adherence to British Standards and Eurocodes.

Radosław’s client-focused approach, combined with meticulous attention to detail, sets him apart. With a Bachelor of Engineering and membership in the Institution of Civil Engineers, he excels in both the technical and commercial aspects of structural engineering, consistently delivering innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.

Jonathan Leyland

Director of Kitall’s Manchester office, is a distinguished leader in scaffolding, temporary works, and structural engineering. With a career marked by high-profile roles, he has excelled in engineering and digital innovation. Formerly Head of Engineering and Innovation for all Temporary Works, Jonathan has led large teams across the UK and Ireland and managed global scaffold tenders, overseeing projects worth up to £20m and handling a €2b turnover.

A pioneer in transitioning from 2D to 5D design processes, Jonathan’s expertise drives technological advancement in the industry. At Kitall, he leads the company’s northern expansion, guiding its growth with visionary leadership and technical excellence.
