His journey began on the ground floor as a site operative, swiftly evolving into a specialist in temporary works. By the age of 26, Andrew had already embarked on an ambitious venture, establishing and expanding one of the most prominent Temporary Works engineering consultancies in both London and Dubai. In 2019, he launched Kitall, a visionary enterprise aimed at addressing the multifaceted challenges prevalent in the UK's construction sector. An acclaimed entrepreneur, Andrew's track record includes the successful creation and sale of several businesses. At the heart of his philosophy lies a commitment to eliminating the 'friction' often encountered among various disciplines, advocating for a more integrated and efficient approach where engineering projects are managed under a unified practice.

Radosław Kimiński is not just a seasoned Structural Engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in the UK; he is a passionate professional whose love for engineering shines through in every project he undertakes. His career, rich with diverse projects ranging from intimate residential alterations to the complexities of mid-rise concrete frames and expansive data centres, is a reflection of his deep commitment to the field. Radsław's expertise in designing with traditional materials, adhering to both British Standards and Eurocodes, is matched by his meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on approach that speaks volumes of his dedication.
What sets Radsław apart is his client-focused mindset, infused with a genuine passion for meeting and surpassing client expectations in terms of quality, functionality, and aesthetics. With a background as the Head of Engineering and Innovation/Digitalisation of all Temporary Works, Jonathan has demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical acumen. He has successfully managed large teams of engineers across the UK and Ireland, showcasing not only his expertise in team management but also his deep understanding of complex engineering principles and practices.
Jonathan's proficiency is further highlighted by his experience in overseeing project governance for global scaffold tenders, managing projects valued up to £20m and handling a turnover of €2b. His strategic approach and keen eye for detail have been pivotal in these roles, ensuring both efficiency and excellence in execution.
A trailblazer in his field, Jonathan has been instrumental in the transition from traditional 2D to cutting-edge 5D design processes.
